Abstract
This research was intended to assess risk for development of work related musculoskeletal disorders in pathology laboratory technicians with help of pre-validated questionnaire and RULA worksheet. In conclusion, we found that, majority of the study subjects were exposed to ergonomic risk factors such as, awkward working postures, static muscle work, prolonged duration of work etc. t workstation. We also found that, many of the subjects were not familiar with the term ergonomic modifications and had never been received ergonomic advice from the experts.
