Abstract
I describe the entry process in a spatial market over an infinite time horizon, with and without uncertainty over the follower’s entry date. I show that the later the follower is expected to enter, the closer to the center of the market the leader locates at the initial date. Therefore, the degree of product differentiation at equilibrium is smaller, the later the follower enters the market.
