Abstract
患者女,58岁.因左腮腺区无痛性肿块2年余,近20余天肿块渐增大于2011年9月入安徽省池州市人民医院.专科检查:张口正常,腮腺导管口未见红肿,挤压可见清亮分泌物.肿瘤界限清楚约4 cm×3 cm×2 cm,扪诊呈结节状,高起处较软,低凹处较硬,活动可.CT见左腮腺区不规则肿块,边界较清,内部密度不均,可见多发沙粒样钙化.术中发现肿块包绕面神经并与外耳道软骨粘连,完整剥离肿块,保护面神经及腮腺导管。
