Epistemic Diversity, Lazy Reason and Ethical Translation in Post-Colonial Contexts: the case of indigenous educational policy in Brazil

Abstract

This paper focuses on the theoretical concepts of lazy reason and ethical translation as analytical tools relevant for contemporary postcolonial theory and takes as its object of analysis, in order to exemplify the relevance of these concepts, the issue of current indigenous education policy in Brazil.
