Abstract
Urethral duplication is a rare congenital anomaly. Most male patients with complete urethral duplication are diagnosed at childhood with presentation of double urinary streams or urinary dribbling. Incomplete urethral duplication does not result in obvious symptoms except intermittent discharge from the epispadiac urethral opening. Here we report a case of incomplete urethral duplication presenting with severe dorsal penile curvature since adolescence and consequent difficulty with sexual intercourse. We not only corrected the penile curvature but also removed the epispadiac tract followed by a tenuous cord, which suggest that this cord may limit the development of the corpus carvernosum asymmetrically.
