Abstract

Constanta is a tourist town with special profile (port, airport), petrochemical industry and Midia Navodari textile industry Integrata Cloth factory, agriculture (“IAS” state farms, “CAP” agricultural production cooperatives) , mining industry – Altan Tepae, in the psycho-sociologic-geopolitical context before 1989, the population coming from other counties (Moldova) for work (construction and coastal housing, the Danube Black Sea Canal, port expansion), risk professions (sailors, airmen, commercial sex workers, prison inmates) and a number of children admitted to pediatric, from unorganized families or abandoned children.
