Abstract
The problem of today is the high concentration of cars in cities, associated with the growth of the number of personal cars. The capacity of city streets is much less than the number of cars, so traffic is accompanied by traffic jams in front of traffic lights. It is concluded, that with such a rhythm of movement, time losses, wear of engine parts and vehicle systems and harmful emissions significantly increase.
