Abstract

This study investigated the mediating effect of team psychological safety on the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and innovativeness. We developed a model to explain this relationship and tested it using data covering 54 supervisors and 257 subordinates from a range of organizations. The results of partial least square structural equation modeling analysis (PLS-SEM) showed that team psychological safety mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and team innovativeness. We discuss the implications of the findings and identify possible directions for future research.
