The experiences revealed that there are several challenges in the Pedagogical mediation, however, the most obvious ones perceived in the students were flexibility and attendance in virtual learning environments. Thus, it becomes necessary to know these obstacles, so that they are overcome, with a view to avoiding avoidance in the courses and to allow an exchange of knowledge in the teaching-learning process.
