Abstract

"The concept of quality in the contemporary economy, of competition, is specific to man and his activities, defining their place and role. Quality is both a goal and a result, a bar that is reached and exceeded by the quality of the factors that make the design, execution and distribution of products and the provision of services. In this paper, the author was entitled to exemplify how an industrial organization manages to stay in the top of the best companies in the field, by implementing a well-thought-out strategy in the current context, starting from the established quality objectives.
