Abstract

The content of this article discusses the issue of specialized central public administration, which carries out its activity respecting the organizational principles, is discussed, one of them being the deconcentration of public ser-vices. Also, the activity of the specialized central public administration is also guided by functional principles, in the foreground being the one aimed at inter-institutional collaboration. The principle of deconcentration implies the recognition of a certain power of decision, in favor of state agents distributed throughout the country (deconcentra-ted public services). The assignment of general coordination of the activity of deconcentrated public services by the territorial Office of the State Chancellery is not limited to monitoring the activity of deconcentrated public services, but also contributes to and achieves collaboration with territorial subdivisions.
