Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the influence of information society problems on human rights. Attention is drawn to the problem of protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of Internet users as a condition for the further development of the information society. Among the main problems of ensuring human rights in the modern information space, the imperfect information policy of the state, gaps in legislation, insufficient involvement of civil society in communication stand out.
