Abstract

Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) is an inherited heart condition characterized by Left Ventricular (LV) wall thickening due to genetic mutations. It can lead to LV outflow tract obstruction, myocardial ischemia, mitral regurgitation, and diastolic dysfunction.
