Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the chapter is to introduce the T‐shaped professional and advance it as an organizing rubric for curriculum development in higher education as a strategy to enhance employability. The chapter explores the T‐shaped professional by investigating its history, considering the context creating demand for T‐shaped people, and outlining curricular and pedagogical strategies for a developing T‐shaped people.
