Abstract

With the continuous deepening of big data and the rapid development of education informatization, “e-schoolbags” and “maker education” have all entered the English classroom, especially after the national “Internet +” education was proposed. The teaching practice exploration activities of the new teaching model of English flipped classroom with computer multimedia system are also in full swing nationwide. Therefore, the research on the English flipped classroom teaching model of computer multimedia system is of great significance. The purpose of this article is to study the English flipped classroom teaching model based on the computer multimedia system under the background of big data. This article uses clustering algorithm, literature method, mathematical statistics and other methods to design the existing English courses. Use the latest new model-the English flipped classroom teaching model of the computer multimedia system for classroom design, create a better learning environment, increase students' interest in English learning, and improve students' oral and expression skills. Studies have shown that in terms of expression ability, in the classroom arrangement of English dialogue activities, after the teacher's guidance and correction, 24% of the students have significantly improved the ability to organize sentences and dialogues, and 48% of the students have slightly improved English expression during meals. There are also 19% of students who are not sure whether their expressive skills have improved. This survey result reflects that the English flipped classroom of the computer multimedia system under the background of big data is conducive to the cultivation of students' oral and expression skills.
