Abstract

Darier disease is a dyskeratosis follicularis and is characterised by small eruptions with a characteristic smell.The disease is usually mild and can often go undiagnosed for many years.Even though it is a rare disease, a primary care physician should know about its existence and the main clinical manifestations in order to be able to make a correct diagnosis.
