Abstract
The following paper presents the study and simulation of energy in the implementation of electric motors, supported with photovoltaic panels, and using a vehicle prototype, based on consumption data and external variables that influence the wear and the increased use of fossil fuels in conventional vehicles. A road section is studied in the city of Bogota to acquire relevant information for use within the simulation such as speed, distance in displacements, solar radiation, etc. The algorithm intends to predict the energy impact presented in a road section, if it is implemented in conventional vehicles in order to reduce pollution, the consumption of fossil fuels and improve the automobile efficiency.
