Abstract
To combat climate change and ensure sustainable growth, energy efficiency is essential. This academic paper examines and evaluates energy efficiency programs in cold climates, with a focus on the cities of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The study evaluates the difficulties and opportunities that these cities confront and suggests ways to improve energy efficiency while considering local climate factors and regional peculiarities. This research seeks to contribute to sustainable energy planning and policymaking in Azerbaijan and serve as a reference for other regions with comparable climatic circumstances by examining various elements of energy usage and identifying potential improvements.
