Abstract

Endoscopic hematoma evacuation is an efficient and secure minimally invasive procedure for intracerebral hemorrhages, characterized by a greater evacuation rate and reduced complications. Pure endoscopic surgery without decompressive craniectomy was used to remove the clot in individuals with large putaminal intracerebral hemorrhage. The intracranial pressure was monitored after surgery. Endoscopic hematoma evacuation without decompressive craniectomy is safe and effective for patients with large putaminal intracerebral hemorrhage.
