Abstract

Eyebrow and forehead lifting addresses eyebrow position and loose or wrinkled forehead skin and underlying tissue. The endoscopic brow and forehead lift is a procedure utilized to correct brow ptosis and forehead rhytids in a more cosmetically appealing manner than other brow lifting procedures. This is primarily accomplished by camouflaging the incisions sites in hair-bearing scalp. Additionally, eyebrow shape and asymmetry can be addressed with this type of lift. This type of brow lift is technically more demanding on the surgeon than other types of direct or open brow lifts and should only be performed by someone who has appropriate training and experience.
