Abstract

National economic growth needs to be encouraged by implementing certain policies, therefore in Indonesia there are two bonds with the concept of sharia or often called sukuk, namely state sukuk or known as SBSN (State Sharia Securities) and corporate sukuk. SBSN is state securities issued based on sharia principles, as evidence of the share of participation in SBSN assets both in rupiah and foreign currencies. The Indonesian government also makes policies as regulated in Law No. 19 of 2008 and the National Sharia Council also makes DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 32/DSN-MUI/IX/2002. The research used is a qualitative research type. This type of research uses a case study approach that examines a certain "case" in a contemporary real-life context or setting.
