Abstract
The discussion on methodological limitations of quasi-measuring human feelings and sensations continues, started by the author in the journal Neurological Bulletin (2018). The differences between clinical epidemiology and its practical part – evidence-based medicine – are considered. The limitations of medical assessment tools in their cultural, linguistic and semantic aspects are discussed. Another attempt is made to show the inadequacy of their use for group generalizations.
