Reactions of CuI and 5-(3-pyridyl)tetrazole in CH3CN and n-BuOH/NH3·H2O gave, respectively, the dual-channel emissive coordination polymers, 1 as a conglomerate of enantiomers and 2 as a meso condensate, which exhibits thermochromic luminescence.
