Abstract

As a dyslexic person, I use divergent and convergent thinking to fit into the neurotypical world, which is why I was naturally drawn to design thinking.Understanding the difficulties faced by neurodivergent people as well as the strengths they bring to the table can help welcome them into the workplace—which ultimately helps everyone by gaining their perspectives in looking at problems in new and different ways.
