Abstract

Supplier monitoring, one of the critical steps of the supplier development process in organizations, is the formal evaluation of suppliers' performance at regular intervals. Industry-specific criteria need to be developed to evaluate IT suppliers that provide organizations with information technology such as software, hardware, maintenance, data center and cloud technologies. In this study, it is aimed to create a set of performance monitoring criteria specific to the IT supplier segment for an airline company and to weight each criterion according to the degree of importance. The analysis of the research was carried out in three stages. In the first stage, 41 criteria were determined by expert interviews and literature review. In the second stage, a consensus of experts was made and a total of 27 final criteria were determined under the dimensions of financial, operational, supplier abilities, strategic and relationship. In the third stage, weights were assigned to each criterion using the best and worst method. Among all the criteria, the flexibility of the supplier, the ability of the supplier to adapt the buyer company to the changing technology and the completeness of the quality of the offered product/service emerged as the most important criteria. Özet kısmında amaç, yöntem, bulgular, araştırmanın sınırları ve makalenin orijinalliği ile ilgili bilgiler içermeli. Özet en çok 150 kelimeden oluşmalıdır.
