Abstract

“Purple Communications.” It is the name of an employer, and controversial NLRB decision, that opened the electronic door to employee use of employer e‐mail and computer systems for organizing purposes. While employers enjoyed a brief respite to the decision by way of the 2019 decision in Rio All‐Suites Hotel and Casino, 368 NLRB No. 143 (2019), the NLRB's General Counsel is poised to see its return.
