Abstract

Using survey data, it is analyzed the path relationship between human capital and technological innovation. Then the regulatory model is build with organizational culture as regulatory factor in human capital to exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation which is tested by regression analysis. Studies have shown that human capital has positive impact on two types of technological innovation and tacit knowledge transfer; internal and external tacit knowledge transfer has positive impact on exploratory innovation. Organizational culture plays a positive regulatory role in human capital, tacit knowledge transfer and two innovative ways.
