Abstract

Swiftness in carrying out the resuscitation measures, when every second counts, constant tension and readiness for action, critical patients, and death are an integral part of the work at the emergency station. It comes as no surprise that emotional burnout syndrome (BOS) develops in workers in this sphere much faster and more frequently.
