Abstract

Turbulence in the external environment, information overload, inflated expectations and other factors increase the level of stress experienced by people, including in the workplace. This affects the efficiency of accomplishing organizational tasks, the level of conflict and labor productivity in the company. In this regard, it is of interest to study the relationship between the level of emotional intelligence and emotional burnout syndrome. The object of the study is a team of medical workers of the State Autonomous Healthcare Institution “Interregional Clinical Diagnostic Center” (GAUZ MKDC). Using survey methods and statistical data analysis, it was concluded that there is a connection between emotional intelligence and burnout syndrome in medical workers, which may be useful for the development of prevention and support programs for personnel.
