Abstract
Backround: A Kommerell diverticulum in a right-sided aortic arch is a rare anomaly. Surgical indication for Kommerell diverticulum includes the presence of symptoms such as those indicating organ pressure and a large asymptomatic diverticulum. However, conventional treatment for Kommerell diverticulum can involve reconstruction of the left subclavian artery (LSA), which might be associated with high mortality and morbidity. We report successful endovascular aortic repair of an aberrant LSA arising from Kommerell diverticulum in a right-side aortic arch.
