Abstract

All electricity run products which are destined to EU markets must have CE certificates, in European Union, EMC standards were put into effect in 1996. "Regulation of Electro magnetic compatibility (89/336/AT)" was published in an official journal dated 30.12.2006 no: 26392 by the Department of trade and industry in Turkey as well. As a candidate of European Union, Turkey should complete the all standards of EMC in order to maintain reliability of its products in European Union markets. In this article, different testing methods for regulation of electromagnetic compatibility have been offered by studying TSE standards and EU standards. In addition radiated emission test has been applied to a satellite receiver according to standards of TSE - TS EN 55022 , test results have also been published.
