Abstract

The paper shows an implementation of an embedded system controlled by a host device that produces sounds of different frequencies for underwater frequency response measurements of acoustic devices. The developed tools aim at characterization of ultrasonic devices, called pingers, that prevent cetacean mammals from being trapped in fishing nets.
