Abstract
El presente artículo tiene como propósito analizar hermenéuticamente la poesía de Elena Garro compilada en Cristales de tiempo (2008). Por motivos biográficos, la producción lírica de la autora mexicana ha sido relegada a una segunda línea dentro del panorama de la poesía latinoamericana del siglo XX. Por ello, en este trabajo abordamos algunos de sus poemas más significativos poniendo en valor su adherencia a una estética surrealista en la que el “yo” lírico no encuentra un refugio posible si no es el de la huida a otras realidades.
