Abstract
US-based Element 1 Corporation (e1) is partnering with China Aqueous Group (CAG) to form a joint venture, Aqueous Hydrogen Energy Ltd, to mass produce and commercialise fuel cell power systems for the Chinese telecom market. The JV will combine e1's hydrogen generation technology and CAG's hydrogen and fuel cell generators to create electric power solutions for telecom base stations.
