Abstract
Charged particle pair production in beam-beam collisions in electron-positron linear colliders is discussed taking into account the finite size of the beams (both longitudinal and transverse) and end effects. Contributions of the main acting mechanisms are singled out which depend on the energy of the initial particles and the masses of created particles. A spectral distribution of produced particles is presented.
