Abstract

As health care providers brace for the mandate that the efficiency and access of health care be improved with electronic health records (EHR), registered dietitians (RDs) are being swept into the wave of software system planning and implementation. To facilitate a smooth transition from paper to electronic records, it is critical to be aware of the history of electronic systems in nutrition care. L. B.
