Abstract

The intra-auricular programmable hearing aid comprises a microphone (2), dynamically programmable filtering means (3, 4), an adjustable power amplifier (8) and a sound restoring transducer (9), all of which are fed by a battery (1). The controlled capacitance filtering means (3, 4) are produced, with the programming memory and its interface, in the form of at least one integrated circuit (U1, U2) comprising at least one oscillator associated with at least one step-up DC-DC voltage converter for supplying the said memories, the whole being supplied from a low-voltage miniature battery (1). The power amplifier (8), supplied from the same battery (1), is produced as a single integrated circuit provided with external capacitors (87, 88) for decoupling.
