Abstract

The electron emission from triglycine sulfate crystal grown on a seed exposed to alpha-particles has been studied. It is shown that the emission manifests a behavior characteristic of unipolar material: in the region of rearrangement of domain structure and in the region of phase transition maxima there exist in the temperature dependence of emission current and their heights depend on the degree of unipolarity of a sample and the distance from it to the seed.
