Abstract

Wide-bandgap (WBG) devices used in power conversion can switch within nanoseconds, promising low losses. Because such edge rates can cause electromagnetic interference (EMI) problems, special precautions must be taken to ensure trouble-free operation and compliance with international emissions standards.
