Abstract

The processing of natural gas and oil-associated gas is carried out in gas processing plants, where the gasoline is recovered. The unstabilized natural gasoline is stabilized, with simultaneous recovery of liquefied petroleum gas components or individual hydrocarbons. The stabilized condensate is treated with caustic or washed with water to remove sulfur compounds (hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, etc.).
