Abstract
AbstractThe electroabsorption spectrum for optical transitions from a deep level to a band accompanied by multiphonon processes is calculated within the Lucovsky model. The line shape turns out to be highly sensitive to the Huang‐Rhys factor and to the ratio of electrooptical and phonon energy.
