Abstract

Electrically detected electron spin resonance (EDESR) study is done for Pt/C 60 /In/Al Schottky-barrier system at room temperature. An isotropic signal is observed at g = 2.0020 ± 0.0002 which has spin-flip satellites due to an interaction between an electron (or hole) spin and nuclear spins of protons. This indicates that the present EDESR observes electron-hole pairs which are localized at the defects formed by impurity protons.
