Abstract

CoFe2O4-BaTiO3 powders with core-shell structure were prepared using wet chemical method. The powders were then used to prepare composite thick film by electrophoretic deposition technique. X-ray diffraction indicated that the films consisted of both spinel CoFe2O4 and perovskite BaTiO3 phase. Microstructures of the films were examined using SEM techniques. Polarization-electric field (P-E) hysteresis loops and magnetization dependence on the magnetic field of the films were investigated.
