Abstract

Electrical characterization of multiwall carbon nanotubes thin film above room temperature is presented. The electrical conductance of the films shows a strong dependence on temperature, and is explained in terms of a simple activated model. Other mechanisms based on the Luttinger liquid and the disordered wire models for the transport properties are also discussed.
