Abstract

In order to balance the load of the power grid, maintain the safe and stable operation of the power grid, and reduce the charging cost of electric vehicle users, this paper, based on the multi-objective multi-objective optimization model of time-of-use electricity price, takes the charging time of electric vehicle as the optimization variable, takes the minimum charging cost of electric vehicle and the minimum peak-valley difference of the power grid as the optimization objective. And establishes the charging optimization model of electric vehicle under the consideration of various constraints such as power flow. Through the solution of particle swarm optimization method. It is proved that the time-of-use tariff charging strategy can not only reduce the charging cost of electric vehicle users. But also play a role of “peak shaving and valley filling” for the power grid. The strategy proposed in this paper can be well applied in the future.
