Abstract

Magneto-resistive two-component composites based on La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 are synthesized near a percolation threshold, where GeO2 added as the second component. Research on volt-ampere characteristics of the synthesized composites in a magnetic field and without this field has enabled us to calculate a spin-dependent tunnel current of a charge carriers. The maximum of the current in the magnetic field H = 15 kOe is located at the component fraction related to a threshold percolation, i.e. at 80 mass. % LSMO/20 mass. %GeO2.
