Abstract

The rheological characteristics of elastоviscoplastic Newton—Prandtl N |P model for the AK9 alloy are determined by the fitting method based on the modeling results of the fluidity spiral test pouring in the FLOW 3D program. It is shown that it is possible to predict defects incomplete filling of the casting mould and other defects by means of digital casting of the mould and using of the N |P model with the established rheological characteristics.
