Abstract
We discuss elastic form factors in perturbative QCD, and why they have been a subject of controversy over the past few years. We observe that leading radiative corrections to the hard scattering can be systematically included in a perturbative calculation, and exhibit a modified perturbative expression for the pion elastic form factor that is relevant to experimentally accessible momentum transfers.
