Abstract
Comentario de la sentencia en la que se produce un grave delito contra la propiedad industrial. El acusado almacenaba en su establecimiento comercial, fornituras y objetos que imitaban las grafías y los signos distintivos de las marcas de moda. De esta forma se generaba confusión a los consumidores y se lesionaba los derechos de marca de los que eran titulares las mercantiles afectadas.
