Abstract

The goal of this project is to show the importance of an MVP ( Minimum Viable Product) which allows testing and getting valuable information to develop products within an ideation process such as Design Thinking The project highlights the results of releasing an MVP to the market as a first step, optimizing time and resources by getting the market's feedback and monitoring if the product meets its needs. In this case, the product analyzed is Domun, an MVP of the furniture children brand "Trompo Mobiliario Infantil" and its slogan "Growing with the kids". Domun was created in the fab lab "Tocte Taller Creativo". The analysis involves Domun's development and the first feedback of its manufacture. This feedback allows to analyze results, resolve problems, and pivot (if needed) towards a more precise and functional result by adjusting measurements, redesigning, or even releasing new products.
